Job summary

El Car Wash is seeking a Frontline Lead (Key Holder) to manage daily site operations, lead by example, and maintain safety and service standards. You’ll coach teammates, handle customer questions, and keep operations running when management isn’t on-site.

You’ll open and close the site, ensure a clean and safe environment, and deliver a standout customer experience with clear communication during downtime or interruptions. Growth opportunities are highlighted by daily leadership exposure.

Qualifications

• Frontline leadership or keyholder experience.
• Ability to coach peers and lead without conflict.
• Excellent customer service mindset.
• Strong communication under downtime or outages.
• Reliability and dependable attendance.
• Comfortable opening/closing the site independently.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the site with precision, ensuring it is secure, prepped and ready for the shift.
• Set the standard for cleanliness, safety, and performance to energize the team and customers.
• Make calls and solve problems when management isn’t on-site, maintaining smooth operation.
• Provide real-time direction to teammates, redirect when needed and reinforce standards.
• Handle customer questions or concerns quickly, professionally, and with genuine care.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team during downtime or service interruptions.
