TaskUs is seeking a Fraud Investigator to conduct investigations into suspected fraud against clients and their customers. You will analyze activity, compile reports, and work with internal teams and customers to detect and remediate fraud.

Daily tasks include reviewing reports, analyzing data patterns, and maintaining detailed case documentation while upholding confidentiality. Applicants should have finance/fraud experience and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Formación

• Experience in fraud or financial crime investigations is highly preferred, with 1 year in financial crime or customer support.
• Strong data analysis skills to identify patterns of fraudulent activity.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for collaboration with internal teams and customers.

Responsabilidades

• Investigating suspected fraud across accounts and platforms.
• Applying data analysis techniques to detect fraudulent activity.
• Collaborating with customers and internal teams to build fraud cases.
• Remediating fraudulent activity and providing resolutions.
• Documenting rationale and maintaining thorough records for reviews.
• Conducting follow-ups with customers and internal contacts during investigations.
• Ensuring confidentiality of all information gathered.
• Assisting in implementing new fraud detection processes and tools.
