Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of fraud, financial crime, or customer support experience.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting preferred.
• Knowledge of fraud investigation processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Investigating suspected fraud across accounts and platforms.
• Analyze data to identify fraudulent activity and patterns.
