Extend is seeking a Fraud Operations Specialist in the United States to join a growing Fraud Ops team. You will perform real-time claim reviews, assess risk scores, and escalate confirmed fraud cases while collaborating with Claims, Product, and Engineering to improve in-house models.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Fraud/Abuse Operations, preferably in an eCommerce.
• Able to meet SLAs for claim reviews.
• Bachelor's or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of fraud concepts and prevention best practices.
• Ability to determine risk scores with evidence.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Review claims in real time for potential fraud/abuse.
• Assess risk using internal and external data and decide on denials/approvals after ramp-up.
• Conduct fraud investigations and share trends.
• Follow procedures and escalate non-standard cases.
• Collaborate with Claims, Product, Engineering on models.
• Proactively take on additional tasks.
