Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in general banking operations.
• 2+ years of experience in payment fraud investigation, online fraud, or financial crime risk management.
• 2+ years of investigative and data analytical skills with ability to identify key risks.
• 1+ years card fraud investigation or card processing experience.
• Proficient Excel (filter, sort, VLOOKUP).
• Database query experience (SQL, Databricks).
• Must reside and work onsite (Draper UT or Eden Prairie MN).

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth analytics and data research within banking systems to investigate fraud.
• Analyze data trends and implement strategies to reduce risk and fraud.
• Take action to prevent further fraud and handle fraud cases per procedures.
• Communicate with fraud victims and help secure accounts.
• Assist in developing fraud detection capabilities.
• Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, and IT to investigate cases.
• Escalate significant issues to management and recommend improvements.
• Balance priorities to meet multiple deadlines.
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
