• Promote safety and ensure DOT/compliance.
• Track metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with planning, maintenance, and safety teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Maintain availability to support operations outside standard hours.
• Travel may be required; local travel only.
• Maintain regular attendance.
