• Promote DOT and Hours of Service (HOS) compliance and safety standards.
• Track KPIs and implement corrective actions to meet targets.
• Collaborate with planning, maintenance and leadership to optimize resources.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
