Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is offering a Branch Operations Intern program for current juniors or seniors in college pursuing finance or business. Interns learn daily branch operations, loan processes, regulatory training, and participate in process-improvement projects, with hands-on mentorship and potential full-time employment after graduation.

Work is 100% onsite; compensation is $15.00 per hour and is designed to lead to a full-time role.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Ideal candidates will be eager to learn, enthusiastic, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to work 18–20 hours per week.
• Must meet background and pre-employment screening standards.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily branch operations and loan processes through hands-on work.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and funding activities.
• Attend regional meetings to understand the broader Branch Operations division.
• Participate in process-improvement projects across departments.
• Explore corporate roles where branch experience is valued.
