Republic Finance is offering an on-site Branch Operations Internship for current college juniors and seniors pursuing a degree in Business or Finance. You will learn branch operations, loan processing, and compliance training while working closely with managers and leaders across the organization.

You will gain real-world experience in sales and customer service, participate in regional meetings, and have exposure to potential career paths within Branch Operations and related corporate roles.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Eager to learn, enthusiastic, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work 18–20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily branch operations: loan processing, closings, funding, and doc prep.
• Assist in production and regulatory training.
• Spend time with Manager and Regional VP to understand promotional paths.
