Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is offering an on-site Branch Operations Internship for current college juniors and seniors in Business or Finance. You will learn day-to-day branch operations, loan processing, and compliance while interacting with leaders across the organization.

The internship includes hands-on experience with loan origination, processing, closings, and funding, plus exposure to potential career paths within Republic Finance.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field (college).
• Able to work a minimum of 18–20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must meet background, credit history and pre-employment drug screen requirements.
• Eligibility for insurance licensing per state rules.

Responsibilities

• Learn loan origination, processing, closings and funding workflows.
• Assist in doc prep, file audits and funding readiness.
• Learn promotion tracks by spending time with Manager and Regional VP.
• Attend regional meetings or workshops to gain exposure to Branch Operations.
• Participate in branch Ops process-improvement projects.
• Overview of benefits and careers within Republic Finance.
