Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Ideal candidates will be eager to learn, enthusiastic, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily branch operations and broader organization functions.
• Participate in loan process and regulatory training paths (Assistant Branch Manager Program).
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and funding tasks.
• Spend time with Manager and Regional VP to understand career path and promotions.
• Attend regional meetings and workshops to gain exposure to Branch Operations.
