Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is offering an on-site Branch Operations Intern program for current juniors and seniors pursuing a Finance or Business focus. You will learn loan processes, regulatory training, and branch operations while working with managers and executives.

The role includes licensing steps, regional exposure, and potential full-time opportunities after graduation. You will be involved in loan origination support, file preparation, and process-improvement projects, gaining a clear view

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Eager to learn, enthusiastic, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to work 18-20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must pass background, credit, and pre-employment drug screen.
• Eligibility for insurance licensing based on background check.

Responsibilities

• Become licensed and go through accelerated version of the Assistant Branch Manager Program.
• Assist in daily loan origination, processing, closings and fundings including file preparation and audits.
• Learn about responsibilities at various levels with Manager and Regional VP to understand the promotional path.
• Attend regional meetings and workshops to gain exposure to the Branch Operations division.
• Engage in branch operations process improvement projects as assigned.
• Explore corporate roles where Branch backgrounds are desired (Audit, Compliance, Training, Recruiting).
