Job summary

Aventiv Technologies is seeking a Field Service Technician I to travel to facilities, maintain tablets, kiosks, and related devices, and provide on-site technical support. You will configure tablets, perform repairs, manage user access, and coordinate with dispatchers to ensure timely service across sites.

The role requires strong communication, ability to handle corrections environments, and a commitment to security and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in difficult environments e.g. corrections.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary representative between on-site facility personnel, Account Management & other company personnel.
• Set up and maintain tablets for users.
• Repair tablets, kiosks, video terminals, WAPs and other equipment within assigned area.
