Job summary

Aventiv-Technologie is seeking a Field Service Technician I to travel to customer facilities to maintain, repair, and resolve issues on tablets and related equipment. You will serve as the primary on-site liaison, set up devices for users, and provide both technical and administrative support across multiple sites.

The role involves field travel, collaboration with dispatchers, and training incarcerated individuals on proper tablet usage while ensuring inventory and security measures are upheld.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with ability to work in difficult environments.
• Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities
