Job summary

Aventiv Technologies seeks a Field Service Technician I to travel to facilities, set up and maintain tablets, and provide technical support to customers. You will train users, manage device fleets, and coordinate with dispatch for efficient service delivery.

The role may be onsite, hybrid, or roving, requiring strong communication and quick problem-solving in diverse environments. Prior tech experience with tablets and networks is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to work in difficult environments e.g. corrections.
• Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Travel to facilities to maintain and repair devices.
• Set up and maintain tablets for users.
• Troubleshoot tablet issues and assist with software updates.
• Provide technical support to customers and train users.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate with dispatch.
