Aventiv Technologies is seeking a Field Service Technician I to travel to facilities, maintain and repair company products, and provide IT support for tablets. The role can be onsite, hybrid, or roving, and includes administrative duties and customer training where needed.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, experience with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to multitask and communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience working in difficult environments e.g. corrections.
• Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Travel to facilities to maintain and repair Aventiv products.
• Set up and maintain tablets for users.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for tablets.
• Coordinate with dispatchers and support teams.
