Job summary

Aventiv is seeking a Field Service Technician I to travel to facilities and maintain, repair and support company products and tablets. The role offers on-site, hybrid, or roving work with customer-facing responsibilities and coordination with dispatchers.

You will handle setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of tablets, phones, kiosks and related equipment, while ensuring inventory control and secure operations at multiple sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive communicator with strong written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair and resolve issues on company products and equipment at facilities.
• Serve as onsite, hybrid or roving technician providing technical and administrative support.
• Set up and maintain tablets and related devices for users.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for tablets and related systems.
• Manage inventory of equipment and tools and coordinate with dispatchers.
