Job summary

Aventiv is seeking a Field Service Technician I to travel to facilities, maintain, repair and resolve issues on tablets, phones, kiosks and related equipment. The role can be onsite, hybrid, or roving, providing both technical and administrative support to customers.

You will set up tablets for users, manage accounts and permissions, train incarcerated individuals on device use, coordinate with dispatchers for ETA, and maintain accurate inventory and tool records while delivering reliable

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in difficult environments e.g. corrections preferred.
• Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair and resolve issues on company products across facilities.
• Set up tablets for users and manage user accounts/permissions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot tablet issues.
• Coordinate with dispatchers and provide ETA for service.
• Train users on how to use tablets responsibly and effectively.
