Job summary

CompucomStaffing is seeking a Field Technician to provide end-user support across multiple states. You will diagnose and repair printers, kiosks, POS systems, and related hardware, while installing and configuring software and maintaining devices onsite.

Qualifications

• Experience with Epson print systems is a plus.
• Experience repairing laser and wide format printers.
• Electromechanical experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of printers, computer hardware, and software.
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Maintain a clean workspace during and after repair.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or in a team.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve issues with printers, plotters, kiosks, and POS systems
