Job summary
CompucomStaffing in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a qualified Field Technician to provide on-site IT hardware and software support. You will diagnose, install, configure, repair, and maintain printers, plotters, kiosks, POS systems, network equipment, and related software.
You will work independently and with Level II/III technicians and remote teams to ensure timely resolutions, delivering strong customer service and clear documentation of issues and actions taken.
Qualifications
- Must be able to diagnose hardware and software issues on systems and peripherals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for customer updates.
- Comfortable working in customer environments and handling multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain printers, wide-format printers, plotters, kiosks, POS systems, computers, peripherals, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, and system-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, peripherals, software, and related applications.
