Job summary
CompucomStaffing is seeking a Field Technician to join our client’s team in Norwood, MA, delivering end-user support with on-site and remote capabilities. You will troubleshoot, install, and repair laser printers, wide-format printers, POS systems, kiosks, and related hardware while maintaining strong customer service and communication with clients.
The role requires reliable transportation, a clean MVR, and a valid driver’s license, with duties including installation, maintenance, and on-site
Qualifications
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing laser/ wide-format printers.
- Experience supporting POS systems and related hardware preferred.
- Basic networking knowledge and ability to communicate issues clearly.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade equipment and apps.
- Provide on-site and remote support, installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Document service activities and configurations per company standards.
- Travel to customer locations and manage multiple service calls.
