Job summary

CompuCom is seeking an on-site IT support technician in Cherry Hill, NJ, to install, maintain, and upgrade equipment and restaurant technology solutions. You will troubleshoot printers, supporting POS systems, and tackle hardware issues while documenting activities and providing top-notch customer service.

Travel between customer locations is required, with on-call rotations. A high school diploma or GED is required, and strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School/GED required for employment.
• Experience troubleshooting laser and wide-format printers is essential.
• Experience supporting POS systems and computer hardware preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade equipment and applications onsite.
• Provide technical support onsite and clearly communicate resolutions.
• Document service activities and configurations per company standards.
• Install and support restaurant tech across FOH, kitchen, and back-office.
• Order parts and perform equipment installation and repairs.
• Train staff on system usage and best practices.
• Travel between customer locations as needed and participate in on-call rotations.
