• This is a highly active role requiring physical ability (lift 50 pounds, walking, standing, bending) and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to clients and resolve issues per SLA to optimize customer satisfaction.
• Repair devices using electromechanical knowledge; Xerox provides training and ongoing learning.
• Serve as the primary customer contact for maintenance, production, and inventory of equipment.
