Responsibilities

• Offer outstanding service to clients and meet SLA obligations to optimize satisfaction.
• Repair devices using electromechanical skills; training provided by Xerox.
• Serve as primary customer contact for maintenance, inventory, and statuses of equipment.
• Provide communication and interface to on-site clients and coordinate with Xerox personnel.
• Deliver customer training on assigned products to improve end-user knowledge.
