Xerox is rapidly growing its Technical Services division and seeks professional field service technicians to delight our customers in the Savannah region. You will service client devices, ensuring they operate correctly and that service is top-notch.

This highly active role requires electro-mechanical aptitude, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and a valid driver's license. Training is provided, with safety at the forefront and clear performance goals to meet daily.

Qualifications

• Electro-mechanical experience with ability to troubleshoot electrical circuits and read electrical schematics.
• Strong time management and reliability to meet deadlines and client expectations.
• Valid driver's license and appropriate insurance; MVR check.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stay active during the workday with safety as a priority.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site service and repair for client Xerox devices and ensure devices operate correctly.
• Meet productivity goals including calls per day, and timely response to service requests.
• Adhere to safety standards around electrical components and equipment.
