• Excellent time management and reliability.
• Valid driver's license and appropriate insurance coverage.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and drive for over 50% of the workday.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to clients to ensure devices work correctly at all times.
• Use electro-mechanical skills to repair devices; Xerox provides training.
• Achieve productivity goals including daily call targets and first-time fix rate.
• Maintain safety standards and manage parts costs.
