Job summary

Xerox is seeking an Onsite Service Technician to deliver hands-on repair and service at client sites in Louisiana. You will use electromechanical skills to diagnose and fix equipment, training end users and maintaining strong customer relations.

Qualifications

• Electromechanical experience with multimeter readings and schematics.
• Strong time management and reliability in field service.
• Valid driver's license and insurance coverage.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Repair devices using electromechanical skills; Xerox provides training.
• Manage calls and SLA to optimize customer satisfaction.
• Serve as primary customer contact and manage equipment inventories.
• Provide on-site communication and coordination with Xerox team.
• Deliver customer training on assigned products to improve end-user knowledge.
