Job summary

Axon is seeking an on-site Building & Platform Delivery professional to own the full lifecycle of customer outcomes within strategic agencies. You will design, build, and ship capabilities on Axon’s stack, driving adoption and measurable mission impact, onsite with agencies.

You will lead deployments of AI-powered workflows and integrations, work across Product, Engineering, and Sales, and maintain CJIS compliance while delivering production-ready solutions in high-stakes environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles, program management, or operational transformation.
• Experience shipping automations, agents, workflows, integrations, or AI-enabled tools in production.
• Ability to obtain and maintain CJIS compliance and work across Product, Engineering, Support, and Services.

Responsibilities

• Discover agency problems onsite and translate them into buildable, compliant solutions tied to mission outcomes.
• Design and ship tools on Axon platform: AI agents, workflows, automations, integrations, and data pipelines.
• Build with Axon products, configuring and extending DEMS, Fusus, AI Era, Records and related systems in the agency environment.
• Iterate in the field until adoption sticks and document patterns for reuse across accounts.
• Apply responsible innovation guardrails – CJIS, evidence integrity, privacy – in every build.
