Job summary

Axon is seeking a senior, customer-facing technologist to own the full lifecycle of Axon's ecosystem within a strategic public-safety account. You will design, build, and deploy on-site solutions using AI Era, agents, workflows, integrations, and data tools, and you will own outcomes end-to-end.

Expect onsite presence 3-4 days/week, cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, and Services, and a focus on mission-driven impact and adoption.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles or program management.
• Experience in operational transformation or complex deployments.
• Ability to obtain CJIS compliance and operate in mission-critical environments.
• Strong communication with technical teams and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of Axon's ecosystem within a strategic account.
• Design, build, and ship capabilities on site using Axon platform: AI agents, workflows, integrations, and data tools.
• Build with Axon products and extend DEMS, Fusus, AI Era, Records in the agency environment.
• Iterate in the field, document patterns for reuse, and ensure adoption sticks.
