Job summary

Axon is seeking a seasoned professional to own customer outcomes within strategic agency accounts. You will deploy, adopt, and optimize Axon platform solutions onsite, coordinating with product, engineering, and support teams to drive measurable mission outcomes.

You will work across AI-enabled workflows, agents, and data tools, building trusted relationships with agency leadership and operators while guiding the expansion of Axon's ecosystem in production environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles or complex deployment environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer outcomes within strategic accounts.
• Lead onsite deployment, adoption, and ongoing success of Axon platform solutions.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Support and Services to resolve issues.
• Build trusted relationships with agency leadership and operational staff; lead reviews and planning.
