Job summary

Axon is seeking a highly capable leader to own the full lifecycle of customer outcomes in a strategic public-safety account. You will design, build, and ship AI-powered workflows and platform capabilities onsite, driving adoption from deployment through to measurable mission success.

You will operate across Product, Engineering, and Sales, leading executive engagement and ensuring security standards (CJIS) are maintained.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer-facing technical or deployment roles.
• Experience in mission-critical public safety environments preferred.
• Proven ability to ship production-ready AI-enabled tools.
• Ability to lead across Product, Engineering, Sales, Support.

Responsibilities

• Own outcomes end to end across deployment and adoption.
• Design, build, and ship capabilities on Axon platform onsite.
• Lead onsite engagement and field adoption.
• Lead QBRs, mission reviews, and strategic planning.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
