Job summary

Axon is seeking a senior field specialist to own customer outcomes within strategic accounts onsite. You will deploy Axon’s platform—AI Era, agents, workflows—and drive deployment, adoption, and long-term success across agencies.

This role emphasizes building capabilities, not just coordinating activities, with CJIS compliance, cross-functional leadership, and close engagement with command staff to prove mission impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing technical roles or program management with strong operational transform.
• CJIS compliance knowledge and security standards understanding.
• Shipped AI-enabled tools or automations in customer environments.
• Ability to work across hardware, software, cloud and data platforms.
• Strong communication with technical teams and senior stakeholders.
• Ownership mindset in fast-changing environments.
• Experience in law enforcement or public safety contexts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Discover agency problems onsite and translate them into buildable, compliant solutions tied to mission outcomes.
• Design and ship working tools on Axon's platform: AI agents, workflows, automations, integrations, and data pipelines.
• Configure, integrate, and extend DEMS, Fusus, AI Era, Records in the agency environment.
• Iterate in the field until adoption sticks, then document patterns for reuse across accounts.
• Apply responsible innovation guardrails - CJIS, privacy - in every build.
• Troubleshoot onsite and coordinate root-cause resolution across Product, Engineering, Support, and Services.
