Job summary

Axon is seeking builders who own customer outcomes within strategic agencies, delivering end-to-end solutions on site. You will translate agency needs into compliant, deployable AI-enabled workflows, with strong emphasis on adoption and operational impact.

In this embedded role, you’ll coordinate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales, ensuring measurable mission outcomes while maintaining CJIS and security standards across deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing technical roles, program management, or deployment environments.
• Proven builder who ships automations, agents, workflows or AI-enabled tools in customer environments.
• Strong communication with technical teams and senior stakeholders, including command staff.
• Full ownership mentality in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Discovered agency problems onsite and translated into buildable, compliant solutions tied to mission outcomes.
• Designed and shipped tools on Axon's platform: AI agents, workflows, automations, integrations, data pipelines.
• Built with Axon products: configure, integrate, and extend DEMS, Fusus, AI Era, Records in agency environments.
• Iterated in the field until adoption sticks and documented patterns for reuse across accounts.
