Job summary

Axon is seeking a highly technical, client‑facing builder to own outcomes in strategic agency accounts. You will deploy AI‑enabled workflows, integrate data tools, and lead on‑site delivery to ensure adoption, measurable mission impact, and long‑term production use across deployments.

This role requires deep cross‑functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Sales, CJIS awareness, and a willingness to own the full lifecycle from deployment to ongoing success in demanding public safety

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing technical roles, program management, or complex deployments (8+ years).
• Former law enforcement or military experience preferred, not required.
• Proven builder of automations, agents, workflows, or AI-enabled tools in customer environments.
• Comfort across hardware, software, cloud, AI-enabled tech, and integrated systems.
• Strong communication with technical teams and senior stakeholders.
• Ownership mentality in ambiguous, fast-changing environments; ability to navigate competing priorities. CJIS compliance ability.

Responsibilities

• Discover agency problems onsite and translate into buildable, compliant solutions.
• Design and ship tools on Axon's platform: AI agents, workflows, data pipelines.
• Configure and extend Axon DEMS, Fusus, AI Era, Records within the agency environment.
• Iterate in the field and document patterns for reuse across accounts.
• Apply CJIS, evidence integrity, privacy guardrails in every build.
• Troubleshoot onsite and coordinate root-cause resolution across Product, Engineering, Support, and Services.
• Build AI-powered workflows that solve defined agency problems and drive adoption.
• Measure usage and mission impact, iterate when needed.
• Assess workflows onsite and define what to build before you build.
• Lead relationships with agency leadership and stakeholders; run reviews.
• Define success metrics and capture baselines before major deployments.
• Capture field insights to influence product roadmap and scalability.
