Job summary

Axon is seeking a field-oriented builder who owns customer outcomes within strategic accounts, combining deep technical expertise with operational leadership to transform agency workflows, not just deploy software.

You will work onsite 3-4 days per week, driving adoption of AI-powered workflows, measuring mission outcomes, and collaborating with Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, and Services to deliver production-grade solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing technical roles or complex deployments.
• Experience with program management and operational transformation.
• Ability to obtain and maintain CJIS compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own outcomes end to end across deployment, adoption, and ongoing success in agencies.
• Design, build, and ship capabilities on Axon's platform onsite.
• Lead field engagements and coordinate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Services.
