Job summary

Axon is seeking a seasoned professional to own customer outcomes in a strategic account. You will build and deploy AI-enabled workflows onsite, owning deployment, adoption, and measurable mission impact across Axon’s platform.

You will engage with agency leadership, coordinate across Product, Engineering, and Sales, and drive field intelligence back into roadmap decisions. This is a hands-on role demanding strong collaboration and execution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles, program management, or comparable deployment environments.
• Former law enforcement or military experience preferred, not required.
• Proven builder who has shipped automations, agents, workflows, integrations, or AI-enabled tools in customer environments.
• Comforts across hardware, software, cloud, and AI-enabled technologies.
• Strong communication with technical teams and senior stakeholders.
• Full ownership mentality in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
• Ability to obtain and maintain CJIS compliance.
• Familiarity with public safety or mission-critical operational environments (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Discover agency problems onsite and translate them into buildable, compliant solutions tied to mission outcomes.
• Design and ship working tools on Axon's platform: AI agents, workflows, automations, integrations, and data pipelines.
• Build with Axon products, configure and extend DEMS, Fusus, AI Era, Records in the agency environment.
• Iterate in the field until adoption sticks and document patterns for reuse.
• Apply responsible innovation guardrails in every build and ship working software.
• Coordinate root-cause resolution across Product, Engineering, Support, and Services when issues arise.
• Build and deploy AI-powered workflows that address defined agency problems.
• Drive hands-on adoption and measure usage and impact, iterating when needed.
• Lead QBRs, mission reviews, and strategic planning with agency leadership.
• Capture field insights to influence product roadmaps and create reusable playbooks.
• Maintain consistent onsite presence and track time-to-production usage and outcomes.
