Job summary

Atlas Copco North America LLC is seeking an Onsite Service Technician to support customers at Memphis, TN or Olive Branch, MS. You will install, configure and troubleshoot Pivotware, DeMeter, Nexonar, ARG, and tightening/calibration systems, and deliver hands-on training.

The role requires a STEM background and 5+ years in manufacturing tech, with travel across the U.S. and Canada. You will work with safety, quality standards, and professional field-based responsibilities.

Qualifications

• STEM degree or equivalent in technical, manufacturing, or software-related field.
• 5+ years of experience implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting software and mechanical solutions in manufacturing.
• Strong technical skills configuring low-code applications and implementing Pivotware, DeMeter, Nexonar, ARG, and tightening/calibration systems.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with diagnostics, knowledge bases and tools to resolve issues.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills for training customers and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently and travel frequently across the US and Canada (Mexico travel occasionally).

Responsibilities

• Install and configure key solutions including Pivotware, DeMeter, Nexonar, ARG, and tightening/calibration systems.
• Troubleshoot and perform corrective actions across supported hardware and software systems.
• Deliver training to customers and internal stakeholders to ensure effective solution adoption.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs on tools and equipment.
• Document all daily work using company systems while adhering to safety and quality standards.
