Job summary

Atlas Copco Group's Desoutter brand seeks an Onsite Service Technician to support customer facilities in Memphis, TN and Olive Branch, MS. You will install, configure, and maintain advanced tooling and automation solutions, working directly at customer sites.

You will troubleshoot hardware and software, deliver hands-on training, and document daily activities while traveling across the U.S., Canada, and occasional Mexico.

Qualifications

• STEM degree or equivalent technical experience.
• 5+ years implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting software and mechanical solutions in manufacturing.
• Experience configuring low-code apps and these systems.
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and independent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and training delivery for customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure Pivotware, DeMeter, Nexonar, ARG, and tightening/calibration systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software across supported tools.
• Deliver customer and internal training on solutions.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Desoutter and Chicago Pneumatic tools.
• Document daily work in company systems with safety and quality compliance.
