• Strong customer service and communication skills across all levels of an organization.
• Proficiency with IT, MS Office, networking or wireless communication.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and assist with issues.
• Create detailed reports and capture costs through timely admin work.
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting, programming, and repairs on Atlas Copco equipment.
• Reinforce correct operation and best practices of Atlas Copco equipment.
• Coordinate travel and accommodations to visit customer sites.
