Job summary

Atlas Copco North America LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician to travel within the region and deliver world-class technical support on site for tools and assembly systems. You will handle installations, maintenance, and calibrations, while reporting to the Regional Team Leader and coordinating travel.

Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years of mechanical/electrical troubleshooting experience, strong customer service, and proficiency with IT and MS Office.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
2–3 years of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience.
Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site field service support, including installations, commissioning, maintenance, and calibrations.
Troubleshoot, program, and repair Atlas Copco equipment.
Create detailed field reports and capture service costs.
Coordinate travel and scheduling to visit customer sites.
Share knowledge and support team members as needed.
