Job summary

Leidos is seeking a field service professional to install, troubleshoot, and repair complex equipment at customer sites in a 24/7 environment. You will coordinate repairs, manage work orders, and ensure adherence to SLAs while traveling as needed.

Qualifications include 2 years in electrical/electronic field service, related trade training or military background, and the ability to travel on short notice. TSA eQIP background clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience troubleshooting and field repair of electrical and electronic systems.
• Related trade experience or military training in electrical/mechanical fields.
• Must be able to travel on short notice.
• Must pass TSA eQIP background check.

Responsibilities

• Install, modify, and repair complex equipment and systems at customer sites.
• On-site installation and testing to ensure proper operation.
• Diagnose and correct startup malfunctions and advise on fixes.
• Update work orders in CRM systems (Salesforce, Maximo, GURU).
• Coordinate repair activities to meet SLAs and schedule.
• Work in a 24/7 customer environment with on-call duties.
• Travel domestically and internationally to client sites as required.
• Maintain safety and adherence to guidelines during field work.
