ABB is seeking an on-site Field Service professional to execute service work at customer sites, following work instructions and ABB safety guidelines. You will deliver quality customer service planning and perform tasks per customer orders while maintaining clear timelines and expectations.

The role is based on-site at Johnsonburg, PA, requiring 5+ years of field service (or 7+ with HS) and experience with DCS/QCS systems, PLCs, and electrical troubleshooting.

Formación

• Associate's degree with 5+ years in field service, or HS diploma with 7+ years.
• Experience working with DCS/QCS systems.
• PLC and networking experience.
• Electrical/Electronics troubleshooting experience.
• Must be available for on-call 24/7 if needed.

Responsabilidades

• Work with the customer on-site to identify opportunities to improve operations.
• Perform field service tasks, preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and analyze on-site or remote activity.
• Prepare material lists and ensure availability of parts and equipment.
• Act as trainer for field service associates and customers.
