• Associate or higher with 5+ years in field service or HS diploma with 7+ years experience.
• Experience with DCS/QCS systems and PLCs.
• Must be able to troubleshoot electrical/electronic issues and use diagnostic tools.
• Must be available for on-call 24/7 if needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve customer operations while onsite.
• Perform field service tasks, preventative maintenance, diagnose issues, and support service categories/products you are certified for.
• Prepare material lists and ensure availability of parts/equipment for service activities.
• Provide training when needed to field service staff and customers.
