Qualifications

• Must pass the SSIT progression training course.
• Strong knowledge of safety and DOT regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication with customers and management.
• Knowledge of SOPs and field operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all logistics for stimulation jobs on site.
• Train and schedule crew; manage performance and counseling.
• Coordinate with customers and ensure job requirements are met.
• Verify dispatch, load, fluids, and equipment readiness.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure DOT compliance.
• Inspect equipment and oversee maintenance.
• Prepare reports and ensure accuracy of schedules.
• Respond to complaints and resolve issues.
