Job summary

Clearsite Industrial Services is seeking an experienced Field Service Supervisor to join our team. This hands-on leadership role oversees field crews, coordinates daily operations, and ensures projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to customer expectations.

You will work closely with customers, field teams, and management to drive safety, productivity, and operational excellence in the field. Requires 3+ years of supervisory experience, valid driver's license, and ability to travel as

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory or crew-lead experience in environmental field service or similar industrial settings.
• Experience leading field crews of at least 3 employees.
• Proven ability to work directly with customers and management as a primary field point of contact.
• Experience managing, reconciling, and reviewing job documentation for field projects.
• Valid driver's license.
• TWIC card or ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire.
• HAZWOPER and Confined Space training certifications.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to perform hands-on field work requiring lifting, kneeling, confined-space entry, respirator use, and PPE for extended periods.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, extended hours, and overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field service operations meeting safety, efficiency, and client requirements.
• Lead and coordinate field crews, schedules, equipment, and daily tasks.
• Act as primary field contact for customers and management with updates and issue resolution.
• Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Inspect equipment and work areas; address deficiencies to prevent incidents.
• Operate equipment in accordance with training and safety procedures.
• Provide hands-on direction to crew to meet client and company standards.
• Safely operate company vehicles per U.S. DOT and applicable rules.
• Manage project documentation and support reconciliation/review.
• Perform additional duties to support field operations.
