Job summary

PF Holdings seeks a technically adept professional to provide high-level advice, counsel, and management support for well stimulation design, development and operation. You will guide engineering, operations and safety teams, oversee pre-job planning, quality control, and post-job analysis, and train field personnel in advanced software and new techniques.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of mathematical and scientific principles applicable to hydraulic fracturing.
• Ability to assess and evaluate situations utilizing scientific, geological and operational education, training and experience.
• Ability to draft technical reports to management.
• Ability to use mathematics and scientific principles to fulfill job duties.
• Demonstrated ability to train field personnel in assigned district.
• Knowledge of confidentiality policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with directives and policies by engineering, operations and safety departments in the district.
• Assist operations with pre-job rig up, quality control tests, material inventory and equipment layout review.
• Conduct daily operations and safety location audits and review findings with supervisor and crew.
• Coordinate technical equipment to ensure proper operations and maintenance schedules.
• Provide training to field personnel on software, new technologies and improved equipment.
• Monitor injection rates and pressures; perform QC and post-job assessments and reports.
• Coordinate with National Operations Center on design, testing and implementation of efficiency projects.
• Perform real-time monitoring and evaluation of well stimulation services as needed.
• Analyze and advise on technical, operational, design, engineering and geological issues for customer jobs.
• Collect samples of customer fluids for testing and determine proper fluids use.
