Job summary

Clean Harbors in High Point, NC is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to plan, lead, organize and coordinate daily operations of the service line crew. This role focuses on safe operations, efficient site performance and timely documentation of job activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in environmental field service operations or related industry.
• Ability to travel overnight up to 2–4 nights per month.
• Ability to be on-call for emergency response situations.
• Ability to interface with clients and management.
• Strong safety mindset and adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the top priority and follow safe work practices.
• Read work orders and ensure equipment is available and operational.
• Inspect equipment and work area before starting jobs.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment as required.
• Train Technicians I and II in equipment operation and service line processes.
• Lead crew to meet client requirements and company policies.
