Job summary

ProFrac Services is seeking an on-site supervisor to oversee stimulation jobs, coordinate pre-job planning, and serve as the customer’s on-site representative. You will supervise crew activities, ensure DOT compliance, and manage safety practices from mobilization to demobilization.

The role requires coordinating logistics, training staff, and maintaining adherence to SOPs, while delivering high-quality service and timely reporting to management.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Two to four years of related skill/experience or vocational training preferred.
• Must pass SSIT progression training course.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and security concepts.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provides on-site supervision for stimulation jobs and acts as the company representative with the customer on site.
• Coordinate pre-job planning, logistics, and team readiness including safety and DOT requirements.
• Train, schedule, counsel, and evaluate crew performance; ensure HR and HSE policies are followed.
• Communicate job details with customers before, during, and after service; address special requests.
• Review job parameters, dispatch data, fluids, and equipment readiness; assign routes and tasks.
• Conduct safety meetings, monitor operations, and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, prepare reports, and verify work meets standards.
• Investigate complaints and take corrective action; ensure security and information handling integrity.

Education

High School diploma or equivalent

Two to four years work related skill, knowledge, experience or vocational training preferred

Must pass SSIT progression training course

General knowledge of customer service principles

General knowledge of security operations principles
