Clean Harbors in Tualatin, OR is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to plan, lead, organize and coordinate the daily operations of the service line crew at the site. You will ensure equipment readiness, drive efficiencies, and complete documentation on time per client specifications.

Qualifications

• Environmental field service operations experience.
• Willing to travel overnight 2–4 nights per month.
• On-call for emergency response situations.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a trailer.
• Able to read and complete field documentation and reports.
• Pass background check, drug test and physical as required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety is the top priority and enforce safe work practices.
• Read work orders and verify equipment readiness before jobs.
• Inspect equipment and work area prior to starting tasks.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment as required.
• Train Technicians I and II in equipment operation and service line processes.
• Lead crew, manage time and resources to meet client deadlines.
• Coordinate with management and clients; manage vendor relationships.
