Job summary

ProFrac is seeking an experienced on-site supervisor to oversee stimulation jobs and serve as the customer-facing company representative on site. You will prepare ready-to-work procedures with the service crew, coordinate transportation, and monitor safety equipment and compliance throughout the job lifecycle.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2–4 years of related experience, and SSIT progression training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two to four years work related skill, knowledge, experience or vocational training preferred.
• Must pass the required SSIT progression training course.
• General knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• General knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local, state, or national security operations for the protection of people, data, property, and institutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site supervision for stimulation jobs and act as customer representative.
• Coordinate and supervise transportation and material-moving equipment.
• Oversee crew activities from home base to job locations and back.
• Ensure DOT regulations are observed by drivers and safety procedures are followed.
• Prepare reports and communicate job specifics to management and crew.
